Return and exchange

GRAND PRIX RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We will accept the goods for exchange/return on the following conditions:

1) In case you need to return any item, please contact us by email: custserv@gpdanceshop.com noting the reason for the return to get the detailed instructions. Please, do not ship items without our confirmation!

2) Goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

3) The returned item must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled and with no smell of perfume, in new, resalable condition and in original packaging.

4) Goods must be returned with the original receipt.

5) Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If all above conditions are met, you will be refunded the total amount exlcluding return delivery fees. You will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date we receive the items.
