You can choose to pay via bank transfer. Once your order is placed, we will send you the payment details to complete the transfer. Please ensure the transfer is made within the specified time frame to avoid delays in processing your order, and send confirmation after payment. 

International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes and could be affected by customs delays. Please note that Grand Prix cannot be held responsible for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

If a customer refuses to accept a parcel delayed at customs, we will accept its return and refund the cost of the goods minus our return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the goods' quantity, value, and weight.

When registering for DHL Express delivery, please provide the recipient’s full name, city, street, house number, apartment number, and postal code. DHL Express delivery is available only with full prepayment, including shipping fees. You can track your order using the tracking number on the DHL Express website. Orders can be collected at your post office with a valid passport.
