GRAND PRIX RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept the goods for exchange/return on the following conditions:
- In case you need to return any item, please contact us by email: custserv@gpdanceshop.com noting the reason for the return to get the detailed instructions. Please, do not ship items without our confirmation!
- Goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- The returned item must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled and with no smell of perfume, in new, resalable condition and in original packaging.
- Goods must be returned with the original receipt.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If all above conditions are met, you will be refunded the total amount exlcluding return delivery fees. You will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date we receive the items.
