Exchange/Return Policy
If the purchased product does not fit, does not meet your expectations, or has a defect, you can take advantage of our exchange/return service.
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:
- Underwear
- Hosiery and socks
- Miscellaneous goods
Products of proper quality are accepted for return, provided that they retain their consumer properties and original appearance: no signs of use, with original and undamaged packaging and labels.
To notify us of an exchange or return, please contact us via email at inet.sales@grandprix.com.ua or reach out via any messenger in the chat on the website.
Our manager will coordinate all the details of the exchange/return and send you the information needed to return the product that did not suit you. You can use standard shipping for the return, and we kindly ask that you provide us with the tracking number once the shipment is sent.
To receive a refund, you must fill out a request form, which the manager will send to your email after finalizing all the return details.
When completing the form, please provide your personal bank account number. We will transfer the funds to you as quickly as possible once we receive your returned package. The refund process will take no longer than 30 days from the date the returned product is received at our warehouse.
